The night before your service appointment, you’ll receive an SMS from Castle Hill Isuzu UTE Service Centre, offering you the option to 'check in from home.'

Follow the link provided to begin the check-in process. Answer a few simple questions, including your preferred contact method and service appointment details. After reviewing and signing, your check-in is complete, and you’re ready to drop off your Isuzu UTE vehicle.

 2. Effortless Drop-Off
When you arrive at Castle Hill Isuzu UTE, park your vehicle in the designated numbered bays, and follow the signage to our Self-Service Kiosks.

At the kiosk, select the 'check-in' option, and provide your details, such as your mobile number or registration. Enter your parking bay number, and drop your keys into the automatic locker. It’s a seamless and straightforward process.

You’ll receive a confirmation SMS acknowledging the check-in of your Isuzu UTE vehicle, and our team will proceed with your scheduled service.

 3. Hassle-Free Check-Out
We’ll notify you through your preferred contact method once your vehicle is ready for collection. If any payment is required, you will receive a notification. You have the option to collect your vehicle using the kiosk or speak with our dedicated Castle Hill Isuzu UTE Service team if you prefer.
